🔎 Order Tracking

✅ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
✅ You can track your order on our Order Tracking Page using your tracking number.
✅ Tracking updates may take 5-10 business days to appear due to international transit procedures.

🚨 If tracking updates are delayed, this is usually due to customs clearance or international logistics.


🌎 Customs & Import Fees (For Non-EU Countries)

If you order from Switzerland, Norway, or other non-EU countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

✅ We do not cover these costs and are not responsible for customs delays.
✅ If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.


🚨 Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

✅ If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with your local courier or neighbors.
✅ If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at andreastoreplace@gmail.com.
✅ If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

🚨 We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

📌 If a package is officially declared lost by the courier, we will work with the supplier to open a dispute and seek a resolution.

✅ Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
✅ Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee address changes or modifications.

🚨 If the shipping address is incorrect, customers may need to cover reshipment costs.

🚨 We do not issue refunds for orders delayed due to these circumstances.

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

  • War, strikes, or government actions
